- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de la Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Barranquilla, para que en ejercicio de sus competencias constitucionales y legales, y dentro de los terminos establecidos, decida la accion de tutela interpuesta por Brayan de Jesus Vasquez Castro contra el Ministerio de Proteccion Social - Grupo Interno de Trabajo para la Gestion del Pasivo Social de la Empresa Puertos de Colombia - Coordinacion de Pensiones.
- Segundo. Comunicar por medio de Secretaria General, el presente auto al Tribunal Superior del Barranquilla, Sala Laboral con el fin de que tenga conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
